My Ultimate Canoe Trip Contest - Win a canoe trip and keep the gear!

The Ultimate Prize:

  • An Ultimate Canoe Trip Adventure in Algonquin Park, for two people over three days, departing from our Oxtongue Lake outfitting base, near Algonquin Park's west gate, the trip must be taken in the summer or fall of 2010.
  • At the end of the trip, you will be presented with a new 2010 Swift Gold Fusion Kipawa canoe, 2 paddles, 2 PFD's and a safety kit. (Canoe provided by Swift Canoe & Kayak).

  • Mountain Pass, 3 person dome tent provided by Eureka.
  • Two self-inflating air mattresses provided by Therm-a-rest.

  • Dry Bags to keep your gear dry, provided by Sea to Summit.
  • Dragonfly Camp stove and pot set by MSR.
  • Two sleeping bags.

The Draw

Our winner, Pauline Huggard, took a great interest in our contest.

We had almost nearly 1000 people enter our contest a total of nearly 2000 times. Many people emailed us great comments about how much they enjoyed this contest. We got so much positive feed back from so many people I wish we could have given everyone a prize just for entering.

In the end it took a little longer to announce a winner because of how many entries we had in the contest.

Pauline Huggard, took the time to enter our contest more than a dozen times over the entire summer. Many people found the time to enter more than once and one lady from Burks Falls was able to enter all 38 times. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who entered and all of our partners who helped us bring this fantastic contest to you.

Our winner must book their Ultimate Canoe Trip before Sept 1st 2010. If they can not book the trip before Sept 1st 2010 then a new winner will be announced from the remaining entries. No purchase necessary. Open to persons 18+ years of age.
