Hiking Events
The great thing about hiking is that you can do it almost
any day. Along Algonquin's corridor (Highway #60) there's
various day hiking trails. Algonquin Park also features
three very different backpacking trail systems. There's
also several trail systems outside of Algonquin Park including
the Trans Canada Trail that passes through Huntsville. When
the summer's over the snow begins to cover everything many
of these summer hiking trails become great snowshoeing or
Nordic ski trails.
