Winter Fun Day
 Algonquin
Outfitters annual Winter fun day will get you excited about
winter! Join us for an activity-packed day with something
for everyone. With all the activities we have planned there's
no reason to not get out there and enjoy a Muskoka winter.
The day starts off with scheduled dog sled
rides through the woods that boarder Oxtongue lake. There's
lots of fun things like Winter games, snowshoe hikes, races
and all kinds of things for the kids to enjoy. For the more
serious winter adventurer there's Nordic ski lessons, a
wilderness snowshoe adventure, and all kinds of winter camping
demos.
The day wouldn't be complete without our outdoor
BBQ, relax in some Muskoka chairs around the camp fire.
We also have some wonderful sales in our store and we even
give away prizes just for showing up.
Almost everything is Free too on this day;
free snowshoeing, free games, free Nordic ski lessons and
more.

The Oxtongue Lake store carries a wide range of camping,
canoeing and hiking gear, snowshoes and Nordic skis, along
with quality travel and technical clothing, there's also
a great selection of Algonquin Park souvenirs. The Winter
Fun Day is also one of our best sales of the year with much
of our stock on sale at some fantastic, not to be missed
prices.
We even hand out many door prizes just for showing up.
So what other excuse to you need to get out there and enjoy
a wonderful Muskoka winter.
